Welcome to www.genefinding.org.  This site is intended both as a repository of gene-finding software and resources, and as a place for collaborations and discussions between workers in the field of computational gene prediction.

Submissions are encouraged.  Please click the "submit content" link to the left if you have any gene-finding content you would like to make publicly available, including source code, executables, or articles on gene-finding techniques.  If your content has already been linked but needs to be updated or removed, please contact us.

The organizers of the Gene Finding Workshop at the Computational Genomics 2004 conference would like to thank all the participants and attendees for making the workshop a success.  If any of the participants would like to have their slides posted on genefinding.org they should contact the maintainers of the site by clicking the "submit content" link to the left.
